Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Each item has an individual estimated shipping date. All of our items are handmade to order so please allow up to 15 working days for your item to be made and a further 5 workings days for delivery.

WHO WE SHIP WITH

We use either Royal Mail or Evri as our shipping providers. All of our items are sent using a standard  Class post. Royal Mail and Evri both state that Standard post should arrive within 5 working days. Please note, parcels are NOT sent via a tracked or signed for service. If you are not home to receive your parcel a note will be left and further delivery attempts will need to be organised by you the customer.

Please note any customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We currently only ship within the UK.

OTHER INFORMATION

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have given an incorrect shipping address.

Orders that are returned to us as 'undeliverable' we will hold and get in touch with you. If you wish for the order to be re shipped, an additional postage fee will need to be paid.
